About Me
Hi! My name is Dr. sj Miller. I am home grown. I was raised in Santa Fe and attended Santa Fe Public Schools from elementary through high school. As a stand-out soccer player achieving All-American status, I went to U.C. Berkeley on a full ride to play Division 1 soccer. After I earned my B.A. and masters degree, I returned to Santa Fe. Over the next ten years, I taught in the Santa Fe Public Schools, teaching middle school and then high school English and social studies, coached men’s and women’s varsity soccer at SFHS, and then completed my Ph.D., at UNM in 2005. Twenty-some-odd years later, and after achieving full professor status in higher education as a teacher educator, I have returned home permanently. Currently, I am a professor in the Alternative Licensure Program in Teacher Education at the Santa Fe Community College working with K-12 teachers who are earning their teacher licensure across all of New Mexico.

Training Sessions
Session 1: First meeting is a meet and greet. I’ll sit with your pet(s), and spend some time with them. I’ll have treats of course.
